Gyrus is a Learning Management Platform serving customers working in high-compliance environments (healthcare, government contractors, construction, etc). Gyrus came to the agency I was working with because they needed to better understand who their best customers truly are, in order to focus both product development and outreach strategies. I led a market research exercise designed to understand what makes Gyrus unique from competitors. The company’s most loyal customers reported two key differentiators between Gyrus and other LMS platforms they’ve worked with: an ability to respond quickly to custom/new tech requests, and a superior handling of educational content in regulatory environments. We delivered a positioning and messaging framework to hone in these differentiators and help Gyrus focus on attracting their best potential customers.
